Our Story
Built From the Ground Up
John McGaugh's real estate experience began with several years of building homes in Grapevine and Euless, Texas. Around 2008, he shifted his focus to acquiring single-family rental properties.
Starting from nothing, John built that rental portfolio over the years into a personal single-family real estate portfolio valued at $7 million.
Today, John brings that ownership experience to Blue Taurus Capital. He is also a part owner of Circle R Ranch in Flower Mound, Texas, where he handles investor relations.
